Thank you for shopping at Max Smart Bazaar. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your food order, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Max Smart Bazaar.
- Goods refer to the food items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from Us.

- Website refers to Max Smart Bazaar, accessible from https://maxsmartbazaar.com
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Due to the perishable nature of food items and the speed of delivery, you are entitled to cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. The deadline for cancelling an order is 5 minutes from the time of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched for delivery.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Once your cancellation request is confirmed within the allowed 5-minute window, the food order will be returned to the restaurant or its origin. You will receive a reimbursement within 7 working days from the day on which we receive confirmation of the cancellation.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
As the goods are food items with same-day delivery, we do not accept returns for food products once they have been delivered, due to health and hygiene reasons. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Any food items that have been delivered and are opened or consumed.
- Goods that have been personalized or made to your specifications.
- Perishable goods that have passed their expiry date or deteriorated.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded, unless applicable law mandates otherwise.
Returning Goods
For food items, if an order is cancelled before delivery, the goods will be returned to their origin (restaurant). Once the order is delivered, goods cannot be returned except in cases of incorrect or damaged orders. If the goods are incorrect or damaged, please notify us immediately for assistance with a resolution.
Gifts
If the food order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return, provided the return is due to a defective or incorrect order. Once the returned product is received by the restaurant, a gift certificate will be issued. If the food order was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
